Shipping
Once a package leaves my hands and is handed to the carrier (USPS/UPS), @_0419415 is not responsible for delays or lost packages. I am happy to help communicate with the carrier to help track down a missing package, but I cannot issue refunds for carrier errors.
Item Not As Described
If an item arrives and is not as described, please reach out via DM for a resolution. No refunds will be issued for sizing-related issues — please check measurements carefully before purchasing.
